Third Ward is closest to the gates and to Truist Field, so it is the loudest and the most convenient on a Sunday. Second Ward holds the convention center and Spectrum Center, so it is busy on its own calendar and well supplied with rooms. Fourth Ward is the quiet choice, with historic streets and a slightly longer walk. First Ward is the park-and-museum side, best if the trip is not only about the game.

The LYNX Blue Line runs through Uptown and south to South End, and the CityLYNX Gold Line streetcar crosses the loop on Trade Street. Charlotte Douglas International Airport is a short drive west of the loop.
