Privacy requests

You can ask what we hold, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. This page explains how.

Last updated · August 2026

What you can request

Access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, deletion of your information, or confirmation that we do not hold anything about you at all - which, for most visitors, is the case.

  • A copy of what we hold
  • Correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion of your information
  • Confirmation that nothing is held

How to submit a request

Send the request by email from the address the information relates to, state which of the above you want, and describe the interaction if you can (for example, a correction you submitted or an enquiry you sent). There is no form and no fee.

Verification

Because we hold so little, verification is usually satisfied by your writing from the same email address. We will not ask you for identity documents, and we will never ask for a phone number or payment information to process a request.

Timing and outcome

Requests are acknowledged and answered within a reasonable period. If a request cannot be met in full - for example, where a record must be retained for a legal or security reason - we will say so and explain why.

No sale of personal information

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
